Continued Sound | Senior Manager of Label Partnerships

As the Senior Manager of Label Partnerships at Continued Sound, I cultivate relationships with partner labels, artists, and distributors to secure licensing deals and exclusive reissue rights. I also oversee the production process for reissued releases, coordinating everything from remastering to packaging. By working with marketing strategies and Continued Sound's founder, I develop campaigns to enhance visibility and reach. I also identify promising projects by analyzing industry trends and consumer behavior, helping audiences rediscover timeless music while supporting Continued Sound's growth. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner labels, artists, and distributors to secure licensing deals and exclusive reissue rights.
  • Identify and negotiate opportunities to reissue iconic or rare music catalogues, ensuring alignment with the label's brand and market strategy.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production process for reissued releases, including remastering, artwork, and packaging, while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create innovative campaigns that maximize visibility and sales for reissued titles.
  • Analyze industry trends, emerging markets, and consumer behavior to identify high-potential projects and partnership opportunities.

Emergency Project | Social Media Strategist / Operations

Emergency Project, launched in 2021, aims to enhance access to emergency healthcare in underserved regions. Leveraging modern emergency medicine techniques, we partner with strategic allies to improve healthcare services and address signicant health disparities. Our eorts include humanitarian missions in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Ukraine, Pakistan, Syria, and Zimbabwe. While in the Dominican Republic, I managed social media, handled translations, and supported operations. 

  • Translated essential health communications and managed daily social media operations to boost community engagement and support across multiple platforms. 
  • Developed and implemented a comprehensive post-trip social media strategy, analyzing performance metrics to optimize content reach and impact.  
  • Produced compelling multimedia content, including images, videos, and infographics, that effectively communicated the nonprofit's mission and achievements.  
  • Collaborated with eld teams to gather insights and stories, leveraging this content to enhance transparency and report progress to stakeholders through targeted social media campaigns. 

XP | Social Media Manager

Elisa served as the Social Media Manager for XP.Tickets, where she implemented a strategic content plan that significantly enhanced the brand's online presence. Her efforts led to increased follower engagement and platform visibility through high-quality content creation, including Reels and collaboration posts, as well as optimized paid ads. Elisa continuously refined the strategy based on performance analysis, driving growth in key metrics.

  • Total followers increased from: 378 to 1432 (+278.31%) over the months of August - October, showing a steady and sustainable increase in XP's audience.
  • Boosted reach by 153.29%, with accounts reached climbing from 45,574 to 115,435 within just three weeks, reflecting the effective amplification of content.
  • Grew profile activity by 58.8%, indicating a deeper level of engagement with the audience.
